Roots & Radiance is a 6-day, 5-night immersive retreat designed to ground your visions and ignite your vitality. You'll arrive the afternoon of August 1 and depart after a final breakfast and morning session on August 6.
Through daily yoga, guided meditation, transformative workshops, and nature-based practices, you’ll reconnect to your center and cultivate energy for aligned, intentional living. Morning and afternoon sessions will be held at the beautiful Sanctuary Somatics studio. Most meals are lovingly provided to nourish your body and support your journey. To honor your adventurous spirit and the charm of our mountain town, two lunches, and one dinner will be open—giving you the chance to explore Gunnison’s local cafes and vibrant culinary scene.
